Talking to the Commanding Officer...
Taking the oath...
Reenlistment...
What are you thinking with that mustache....scary!!
This is the grape hut that is about 100 feet from their FOB.
What do you think they had to do with that??
Maybe....blow it up?!
So they sold "Billy" to the locals and bought this cute baby goat!!

Love the photos... The stache, not so much! Hahaha
I'm loving the 'stache...different - but I love it! DDowdney :)
Dave!! Shave!! I liked the faux hawk much better! Great to see him doing well and making the best of the conditions. Know that we're constantly praying for him and his fellow troops and are so so grateful they are serving their country. Miss you guys! Can't wait to meet up in College Station someday so our kids can play together. We have a deal, remember! ;) much love---

Thanks, Kate and yes....deal!
Dowdney--DO NOT ENCOURAGE THIS MADNESS!
Love the updated pictures! And I have several people sending care packages! Tell Dave if he gets one (or several) from someone named Coleen Zook not to be alarmed. :) That's my Godmother and she is SUCH an avid troop supporter. She said she would be sending things. And I've started a collection ehre at work so I'll be sending something soon! We'll help you take care of him and his buddies. :) So, so thankful for his service and sacrifice. AND YOURS!
Hey girl! I have a Canon Rebel XSi. I shoot with three lenses - a 50mm, an 18 - 55mm and a 55 - 250 mm. The first is my absolute favorite and I'm still learning it's limitations. It gives that amazing bokeh in food and portrait pics. The second came with the camera and is a general, all purpose lens and the last is a pretty decent zoom. The last two came with the camera package. Hope that helps a little! :)
THANK YOU, Tiffany!! I will tell him--thank you SO much :-)
Amanda--I appreciate the info!
